Can I buy kits at my local store? Yes! Several stores carry Big Day Chains, but we're always looking for more. If you're a local retailer who'd like to carry our products, please get in touch.

Then again, if you're an online customer who'd like us to contact your favorite store, let us know that, too.

I'm not very crafty. Will I know how to put the chain together? Fear not, it's intuitive. And if that doesn't work, there are detailed instructions inside every kit.

Where are the kits made? In our home town: Seattle, Washington. We're committed to keeping our manufacturing as local as possible, and always in the USA.

What if I want to make a countdown chain that is longer than 30 days? Give us a shout. We're planning to sell individual sheets of add-on links soon.

Are you designing more countdown chains? Without a doubt. Currently, we're working on Days 'til Christmas, Days 'til Summer, and Days' til Vacation. If you have other suggestions, let us know.
